Metropolitan Detail Express

I’ve taken my 2022 Tesla Model S (black -- aka The Dark Knight) to Metropolitan Detail Express maybe around 15 times (20?) over the 2+ years I’ve owned it. In that time, there have been two or three detailers at Express. I’m not sure exactly how long ago Jordan came on but his work has been top-notch every single time he’s washed TDK, including yesterday’s great ceramic wash. Pictures don’t capture it so I suggest you give Express a try and see for yourself. When I bring TDK in for Jordan’s handiwork, I know my car will get the ultimate TESLA treatment: Thoroughly and Exceptionally Scrupulous Loving Attention. Be assured Jordan applies this TESLA treatment to all cars he works on. I enthusiastically recommend Metropolitan Detail Express to keep your car looking its best and give a giant shout-out to Jordan for his professionalism, energy, consistency, and customer care. Jordan is a winner!

I have started taking my 4Runner to Metropolitan Express after I decided to ceramic wrap the vehicle to protect the paint. I live on a dirt gravel road. Jordan always does a great job of washing and drying my 4Runner. I inquired about the best way to keep the back-up camera view clean as I would like it to help me see what’s in the rear. Jordan applied a protective film to the back-up camera lens and it works great! I have better visual mode when putting the 4Runner in reverse. My 4 Runner looks great after a wash and dry, and everyone who sees it clean is impressed at the ceramic wrap and color. I enjoy Jordan’s all-around professional skills communicating and helping me to take better care of my 4Runner. Thank you, Jordan

First time customer today and will definitely be back. My car was a mess when I came back from a long trip. It was coated in so much fluffy plant material that it looked furry, but the "fur" was so well stuck you couldn't just sweep it off. I couldn't believe the difference after 30 minutes of work. It was like getting a new car, only much much cheaper!

Located as soon as you pull inside the parking garage from the north side. There are spaces reserved to park your car and then you just go inside a small room, give them your keys, and hang out in the mall for a bit. Cleaning looks amazing and the guy working there was friendly and we chatted a bit about my road trip that got my car so dirty in the first place. I wish a had a before picture (car was absolutely filthy from the long drive) but I've got an after picture

I took my car over to the express location at Redmond Town Center to have it washed yesterday. The online sign in process was quick and simple. They do require you to pre-pay for the services online. Rocky was the detailer and did absolutely an amazing job. My wheels are very difficult to get clean and he killed it. I haven't seem my car shine like this in a long time. It took about 1 hour to do an exterior clean and interior clean on my car, but there are a lot of little details that require attention. That said, Rocky was done with the car before I even came back. I guess time flies while walking around the mall, LOL. Great work, fair price and I will definitely be back on a regular basis!
